Coworkers are fine, it's the management that's the problem

Didn't even interview, just walked in and got hired

Management is poor, expectations are unrealistic, and everything is a write up. That's what needs to be fixed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, they are so disorganized and it seems like they barely know what they're doing sometimes. The way mine treated people was poor, and the HR people are just as rude
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This might be my building, but they put so much emphasis on rates that are nearly impossible considering how heavy or bulky most of the items are, you get written up for being half a percent below rate, and since you have to go fast, it's easier to make more errors, you're written up for that too
