Coworkers work together well. Managers isolate themselves from normal associates & their tasks.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had a group interview. At least twenty of us at once. So, super easy, no anxiety interview.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits from day one are outstanding. The new starting pay rate of $15/hour is great, but there are no raises, now. So a ten-year employee makes the same as a Day One employee. Zero financial motivation past your initial pay rate.
