Amazon gives out worker awards, and free food. It doesn't make me feel better. Amazon treats full grown adults like children.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are extremely lazy to lift boxes, and spend too much time talking terribly of others. They start disrespectful discussions about other employees there, but telling an area manager or any type of manager wouldn't fix the issue. There are too many people of this type. Increase pro managers!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many people are VTOed! Too much overtime without warning! Lunch breaks aren't paid! Coworkers are completely nasty people in behavior. HR is not always around when needed! Work is too demanding for the pay! AMAZON is NOT professional. Hire a lot more PRO managers. Stricter rules! More security!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop showing mistreatment videos during the orientation at AMAZON! It's NOT serious enough, but a joke! These videos are insults to watch! They're showing disrespectful behavior, and it encourages more people to act in such a way! Get rid of them! Lay down stricter rules in the form of serious words
