Easy they don't really grab "good" people they grab anyone so this gives amazon bad people and good people they actually need to be more selective.
When people ask questions that everyone wants answered the Management team dances around the answer and doesn't really answer it. This is very frustrating for everyone that works at Amazon.
Give the employees the stock back that they had before. This gives associates a better reason to stay and it will help amazon keep the veteran workers. Also people are under paid competing companies offer better pay for PIT drivers and CDL drivers.
With people not getting recognized for going over and beyond for example rate even if the recognition is just them coming up to you and saying hey your doing a great job today people are feeling why try so hard they don't seem to care anyways.
They need more training quit putting people straight out of college in management that has zero management experience. They also need to work on recognizing employees that do a good job. The CEO that is at my Amazon makes bad choices just to make his numbers look good. Making it harder for everyone.
