Morale is incredibly low on the packing floor. Reward employees more.

I feel like I'm just another number to Amazon; I'd bet money my boss doesn't know me by name.

Setting mTurk to higher payouts. My wife does this in her spare time (we both work for Amazon) but she barely makes a livable wage.
