Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot with the transportation team,guard shack, yard audits, excel reports using MS Word, Yard jockey, trainer, traffic controller, yard up keep, shuttle driver between sites, and inspections. I feel like we should be paid more for the work.
