The diversity of my team is phenomenal. Everyone has something to contribute from different age groups to ethnicities.

The leadership is always inclusive of all team members ideas. And, they are constantly looking for ways to encourage growth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They gave me the opportunity to present problems that I was faced with, and how I resolved them. And, the impact that it had on the company, as well as the customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have had the best access to some of the best health care possible. This has been provided to me from my first day of employment with Amazon. Also, I've been fortunate to have received stock in the company, as well.
