My team is very cooperative and not argumentative. Any issues are solved respectfully and we have a friendly work environment.

I like that they are clear in what they expect from me and show that they do care about the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like since the CEO is the richest person in the world we deserve better benefits for helping him become the richest person in the world.
