It's a good experience. I'm able to make my own hours and get paid according to how much work I put in. The team I work with is very knowledgeable and we can always count on each other to push each other to that next level and help each other with financial opportunities.

Being able to work at a pace comfortable to me.

I'm free to work at my own pace and self check my work to make sure that everything is being done thoroughly.

I feel as though my current skill set shows clearly that I should be paid at least double what I'm being paid now.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it didn't exist because I'm an independent contractor that was offered the job because of my qualifications and without the need for a formal interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The quality of leadership is on par with other leadership I've experienced in the past. They are aggressive with their objectives and usually turn out a good product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Attentiveness. The attention to detail that everyone shows on a consistent basis, and the ability to turn to one another with issues to get them resolved as quick as possible.
