Horrible. The job is worse than average customer service positions. Jess Bezos only cares about making himself rich, he does not care about his employees.

All virtual and pretty easy to understand.

Communication, being on the same page.

There really aren't many positives.

I think coworkers could be more supportive and offered more incentives to be positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am trained in several departments but never received a raise for doing more work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many incorrect transfers that there is nothing done about- overseas reps that lie to customers and again nothing is done about it.
