Everyone tries to help each other for the most part, as we are all in the same boat.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually have interviews. Anyone that can pass a mouth swab drug test and has a pulse can get hired.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees as more than a number, help us to advance our careers instead of just using us to reach management goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to go home early or when working on a holiday and getting paid time and a half. Money is the sole motivator.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They put on a friendly face and try to make it a fun environment, but do so without getting feedback from the employees in order to do this in an effective way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued, in that I have worked there for 3 years without a raise, and yet with their increase in pay policy, new hires make the same amount of money as I do despite lacking the experience and level of training that I have.
