Other than problems with my manager and hr at my site, amazon as a company is amazing. the work environment is very welcoming and comfortable. job comes with great pay and great benefits.

My coworkers. We are one big family

It wasnt a one-on-one interview which is great for someone like me who has very bad anxiety
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health and dental insurance benefits are amazing. our 401k plans are great, and amazons company contributions to our 401k is amazing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the coworkers are very friendly, it is so easy to make friends and being around friendly happy people makes you feel good about coming into work everyday
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont like my leadership team at my site. My area manager is extremely rude and critical even if we are hitting above rate. Very annoying and degrading. our process assistant was a sweetheart and is very helpful and always offers us pointers on how to improve
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are like a family at work. always competing friendly with each other, and we share tips on how to improve and when we get stressed we help each other by venting to each other about things because we all understand how this job can get sometimes
