Rewarding and recognizing proper associates and removing the dead weight and roadblocks associated

More per hour , useful benefits, job security, bonuses, better personal/sick time system, paid lunch , stock.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I generally keep to myself or other like minds and do my work with little interference pending management on site
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reward quality and safe labor treat workers with more dignity and get the dead weight out faster . Also management should be capable to get on the floor and work as needed as well.
