This is a good company to work for if you don't care about deteriorating your body. As I told my manager the other day I check my brain at the door because it's not needed there. Overall experience is I started out very positive but over the years that has turned into apathy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything but communication should be first.

Health benefits are very good and I am also making use of the career choice program.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That everyone had to be interviewed. It was an internal job posting so it had to be fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is way too much to go into. Communication would help. The moral at all of the buildings that I've worked at has been terrible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There really isn't anything positive about the culture and environment. Everyone is just there for the paycheck from the managers on down. You can see how unhappy almost everyone in the warehouse is.
