With the exception of just a few righteous folks, everyone is very nice and appreciative of each others help.

Straight forward and expected questions that didn't throw me for a loop, but still offered insight to the interviewers about my experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all enthusiastic just like myself and really are understanding and encouraging even if we mess up, when we show we are trying and want to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are times that there hasn't been enough work, and instead of being offered a guaranteed minimum for the day, we have left work early and lost pay.
