It's next to impossible to move up in the company.

To get hired at first is very easy but after that I couldn't get an interview for a higher position even after working there a year and meeting goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's difficult to take pride in your job when you don't feel valued by the company you work for. So I don't blame other workers for not doing their best.
