My co-workers, whom work just as hard as I do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not being ripped off by management who goes through employees' lockers to see if they can find anything of value to steal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Protecting employees....valuables and hearing. The music is so loud in the warehouse I worked, it is louder than a Rock Concert at night.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make an employee, permanent. Not temporary for three months; then having to get reemployed for three months before being able to become permanent and put on probation. Also, protect employees.
