
Treating people right, honesty, and not cutting every last penny at the cost of the most basic decency towards employees.
Dishonest management. Low level workers are treated very poorly. Entire facilities are kept part time to avoid paying benefits. In essence, treat low level employees better.
I am being underpaid by 25% relative to industry standard for my position. I am also not provided with benefits. This is due to them utilizing distasteful practices such as putting permanent workers on "seasonal" contracts and then using them as an excuse to not compensate those workers fairly.
Stop abusing workers with seasonal contracts that get extended indefinitely from the end date on them. Either make the position permanent with commensurate pay and benefits from the start, or end the seasonal contract on the end date with either an end of the position or a conversion to permanent.
