I get to help make peoples day go by easier and be more productive. Focusing on the associates instead of gathering data for reports
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tier 1 Associates have over the last 1.5 years gotten significant raises. L4 hourly did not get an equivalent bump in rate. That narrows the gap between what those levels get paid. There is more responsibility at the higher level so why are we not compensated the same
