The thing that make me super happy is that i already get my Blue Badge now i am just waiting to apply for a Corporative Job Position at Information Techonology Department. (IT Department) to achieve my goal. (If you could help me with it that's gonna be great)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can wear whatever garnement you wanna wear. If you wanna wear skirts and you are a boy, you can do it. If you have a lot of tattoos you gonna be super cool and if you wanna listen music like a Festival Electronic Music you can do it as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are really poor for a big company like Amazon, please, upgrade the amount of Tuition and Fees support from 1.500$ for part time employees to 3.000$ and full time time, 5.000$. DENTAL, VISION AND MEDICAL benefits are really undervaluable due to the low amount of coverage upgrade it.
