They all are striving for the same goals.

That they get you to work extremely quickly.

Knowing that I feel like I'm working towards a goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing the help there employees when the work becomes out of control. They train for awhile until they are given the title of Operations Manager. Most of the operations managers are super friendly and charismatic.
