Positive experience. Eventhough Amazon pushes you to your limits, it actually makes you realise that you can achieve so much and grow so much more as a person than if you would in other companies.

We always help and motivate each other, and we also pull through tough times.

Being able to see and interact with other associates and being able to freely talk to superiors in a friendly manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They encourage you to ask questions when in doubt and they are willing to share tips on how to improve in doing your job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base pay in the country I'm situated in is too low. Increase the base pay and you will probably receive better quality associates and eventually even have a pool of candidates to choose from.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fact that people are allowed to voice out their opinions and suggestions via the 'Voice of Associate' board and this actually encourages some really interesting and creative ideas either to improve productivity or to improve the Amazon experience.
