The current emphasis is upon competition to see which assiciate can prepare the most packages for dellivery. I vote of Collaboration versus competition
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I belive that it would really help applicants if Amazon provided them with status updates more frequently regarding when the applicant will be notified as to whether he or she is hired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Warehouse Associates are at the bottom of the Amazon hierarchy. However, it is a very physically, labor intensive position. Warehouse Associates are a key part of Amazon's success. If customers don't receive their purchases on time, it could hurt Amazon's reputation.
