Everything. Our fulfilment center has literally no one trained properly. Operations doesn't know what they are doing and can never balance the workload in any section so it always feels like we are always playing catch up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Associates are treated less than dirt at Amazon. We get paid to pack valuable items with care and efficiency. I pack out sometimes over 44k worth of goods every day and only get a pay of 15.75 for it meanwhile Jeff Bezos is sitting on his butt earning millions a day.
