The wages, and ability to pick up shifts if you need it.

The hard physical aspect of the job. It makes it easy to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.

Although some aren't helpful, MOST will drill into you what policy is. There is no way you can forget what the rules and policies are.
What did you like most about the interview process?
No interview required - for lower level positions. It is a huge savings on having to buy interview clothing (when the dress code is laid back).
