When I get to work with a good team and with a good manager. When there are slackers around or when the management is disorganized, it affects the shift negatively.

It was easy to get this job. That’s the good part. The bad part is you never know where you’ll be assigned. It’s all random and based on need. One person may get a good position with potential and the next may get the opposite and be stuck for months until there is any
