Just a better atmosphere, pay, and less over the shoulder looking by managers.

Listen to associates more, work with them more and quit putting them in harm's way so often.

Because many other warehouses pay equal or more for starting jobs where as I am supposed to be leadership.

They need to be far less childish and just focus on doing work instead of treating work like a high school.
