A bonus for those who show up and work thier schedule. Many will work the 4am-8am shift because its $3 more per hour but wont show up for the regular shift they are scheduled for. Show appreciation for the hard dedicated workers
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting everything done by the end of our shift At other jobs I've always been a supervisor. So I work very hard at what I do. So at the end of the night when our lanes are clear and clean I am very proud of myself and my coworkers
