Small team so we are pretty close knit. Love my front half guys

Everyone comes to work ready to attack the day with a good attitude.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is about right, after I get my CDL though, it is probably below standard
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really didnt have an interview process other than a phone call asking if I wanted to join the TOM team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TOM managers have been great to me, everything they said would happen has been followed through on and given to me.
