What did you like most about the interview process?
It was online. The in-person was not good due to the HR team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than new hires. I have a flawless history and work very hard. My team and managers all know they can count on me to give 100%. I'm paid .60$ less then a new hire who I am expected to train. The HR team is useless, simply horrible.
