A very odd experience, most necessities are provided by the company which is appreciated. Sometimes the hours and productivity targets could be challenging. Perhaps more breaktimes would be helpful.

Oddly enough, everything works quite smoothly even with little managerial intervention.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some organizational issues and unclear break times. Breaks should be displayed on computer during the break and workers should not be penalized in tak time for the break. Maybe this is something that can be streamlined and improved on in the future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no easy solution, various personalities work for Amazon. Most tasks do not require more than one person. For the tasks that do require more than one person, perhaps supervising the workers and finding out each worker's strengths and weaknesses and personal styles might help avoid conflicts.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No easy solutions, this is a job that has its demands and challenges. A useful service is provided to the public, in exchange the workers provide alot of their time and effort to get things done. Timelines and productivity targets are problematic for customers and workers alike, compromise needed.
