so far so good - moving in roles in the warehouse can also sometimes come fast and but also without necessity
What makes you most happy at work?
when there is no mandatory flex up where i have to stay up to an hour or less more that my regular shift
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if it would increase even a little even $2-3 since the company does sooo very well and the CEO is practically the richest man in the world
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no one micro-manages and everyone does their fair share for the most part and you are thaked and appreciated every once and a while especially by LAs (trainers)
What did you like most about the interview process?
very fast and positive- the only reason you wouldn't get the job is if you couldn't meet the physical demands, or you didn't pass the drug and/or background check
