We get along very well and work well together.

I don't think it is the best interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hitting our Costs. I'm obsessed with hitting every CPT.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Process Assistants work hard. Their pay should start at $17.50 per hour not $16.50 per hour. They should not be making the same as veteran Associates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That we work as a team to achieve our goals! Operation Manager, Area Manager and Process Assistants do the same jobs as Associates when needed to achieve our goal.
