Overall I love working for Amazon. If management treated all employees equally instead of having favorites and if we were given more sick time hours I wouldn't have any complaints.

Some managers listen to your concerns or needs and are proactive about finding a solution or addressing issues in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
Management not breathing down your back or monitoring you unless you're not meeting rate or they notice you walking around or not being in your area for long periods of time
