What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, Organization, The ability to answer simple questions without beating around the bush and never actually giving a straight answer, Get rid of the abundance of favoritism, Make sure they give out the SAME info to EVERYONE so no one is confused or unaware and gets in trouble.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The virtual communication team and the in-person team need to have better communication and be more coherent. Because one person was telling me something and then next person was telling me something completely different. It’s very hard to get a simple answer or solutions with everyone at A
