Co-workers, benefits, scheduling, pay a job

Outside of location, amazon runs a good operation.

Insurance, flrxability, process, and then pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
The workers, the leaders need to lead not boss, alot of do as i say, not as I do. Management needs to change out leader roles until they build cohesive team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
90% of the work is distributed amongst all members, 10%-40% of time is wasted on personal in vests, walking around bossing people or doing nothing but talking, very demoralizing for those doing there best. They don't help, they just bark orders to show they work?
