Us tier 1 employees are usually happy and glad to be working.
Amazon needs to implement an English reading and speaking test and basic math test
Appreciation, praise and humility from management because without the tier 1 employees, they would not meet their metrics
The leadership needs to get better at "Being Human" and remembering that people actually work in the warehouse, not machines. Appreciation and praise on jobs well done will go far!
