Getting close to end of shift. Have met some nice people that also have same work ethic but the mind set changes quickly there due to favoritism and managers afraid of managing the non compliant employees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Basically there is no interview. For example. I went to my scheduled time to recruiting office in a dress suit and quickly realized Amazon has little to no expectations. WomN on front of me was in hot pink biker shorts and kid behind me was high smelling of marijuana and they work with me today
