I've enjoyed working at Amazon I've moved up in less than a year I think I could have probably taken a higher position with my education and background

It didn't take very long it was fairly easy and that's pretty much it

It seems like if you work hard and do what they tell you there is opportunity for growth
What are some of the best things about your team?
We've had some difficulties and some different areas or way of approaching things but we've all met work together to come to a compromise
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with the people I love training people I love having one of the best rates as far as no accidents in the building
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a trainer a pit trainer and my responsibility to keep many body safe I feel it's worth much more than the amount of money that they're paying right now
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen even when you disagree they may not conform to what you believe but at least they listen and try to explain why they want you to do it the way they want you to do something
