Some folks are helpful. spend their life force to deliver results

Things move too fast. Big company a lot moving parts. People expected to work more hours
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improved worklife balance. Giving people to time to learn business and operations before throwing them with impossible task and assigning ownership
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Care about employees as customers. Most of the employees i have in IT have no work life balance over worked and burned out
