Our leadership team hands down, I have the best set of managers.

That we are making our customers happy. I love the customer service industry, I love making people happy and also getting to work with really amazing people with innovative ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to teach you, your responsibilities and how to properly and safety execute them. They also give you the tools and skills necessary to progress in your desired occupational goals and direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k and health insurance. Although I really love that Amazon helps with things like adoption leave and maternity/paternity leave. I wish I would have had those things at my old job with my babies after they were born.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The customer obsession, focus on safety, the comradeship, and the pure want for the other team members to succeed. I have a great team around me, and we strive to make sure our team is pushing for their best.
