What are some of the best things about your team?
I work at GRR1 and I truly feel like a team member and push myself and am motivated by my manager to do my best. I am so glad to work here and recommend it to anyone that wants to combine hard work, exercise, and self motivation to have a good career with a great schedule.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comparing everything about this job to my former miserable job as a well paid kitchen manager... this job offers me the OPTION to work 5 days a week and sacrifice my work-life balance to make the same money. My favorite part is my WONDERFUL schedule!! I have time for my family and that to me is ^_^
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Contrary to what people say on these sites, I love working there. I am on stow and work 4-10s. I have evenings off and 3 day weekends. My managers appreciate my hard work and I know I work for a company that will take care of me for the rest of my life. Do I work hard? Yes.
