I wish they wouldn't hold us accountable for excessive overtime hours, they punish EVERYONE who can't work those hours regardless of motives

Because of the indecisiveness of the management, all sorts of leeches plague the work environment. A lot of people slack because of this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a lot of nothing. When they can't manage their numbers, they simply mass hire to keep up with the demand, and later fire them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazon does a good job in the way that they try to treat their employees. They give plenty of chances to make up mistakes they may have made
