Pros: high impact, high pace, high performing teams. It's great to see products launch that you contributed too. Cons: All teams I've been on are understaffed and people are stretched thin. Not a lot of junior support or enough BIs to help with data pulling so the self-service nature can slow down

Only marginally positive. Correlating positive with effectiveness as it's really high pace and high impact.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's very mechanical and thorough, a lot of people find it grueling to do six 45-minute long interviews back to back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most effective work meetings I've ever experienced. Document reads are effective ,purpose is clear, agenda items are outlined, they rarely go over time and clear takeaways and follow up items always stated. Document culture drives transparency and effective knowledge sharing.
