What are some of the best things about your team?
We do everything in the building, anything that needs to be done we do it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Tomuch change all the time. Managers change constantly, can't get comfortable. Building changing constantly, can't get comfortable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping people working VTO is ridiculous. I can't pay my bills when they are always pushing VTO. Get it together and keep us working.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to be able to do our work. When we are getting things done and we're told we need to keep hours down, VTO as many as you can
