I was onboarded in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I received all my training, device, security tools, knowledge, and support remotely. The commitment to the Amazon "Day 1" culture is palpable. I have yet to meet anyone in person, and yet a feel completely integrated in my team.

Everyone in the team contributes with their best effort. The knowledge and talent are inspiring. The customer obsession and commitment to the best quality is phenomenal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The combination of base pay with shares and sign-in bonus is brilliant. It encourages people to stay on and give it a serious try. Of course I'm loving the AWS culture!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in a team that designs instructor-led technical training. Each person in the team has a critical role to play. It is clear that everyone is committed to excellency. The collaboration is outstanding and our manager is stellar.
