We that are there to work make our goals and stick with them very strong willed

It's as simple as bosses and pa acting like bosses and a pa not having groups of friends and making others feel unworthy and stupid
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some can work together as a team but there is a lot of people talking about each other and then acting ok to them within seconds even the process assistants my main boss is amazing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not talking about there employees and not having there own group of people aka friends leaving people with the jobs they don't want to do all the time when they can be placed else where and spoken about not comfortable with a certain line the p.a talks about you and makes you feel like ur a outcast
