Im drained and i over extend myself to the company. My pay has been up and down. No room for growth. My body is physically shutting down and i want to start my own business. I feel trapped at amazon. So many demands but not enough pay.

Nothing. We all need more money.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More organization and communication about work related changes. More opportunities for growth, financial freedom, better benefits and better pay. Ive been on this job 2 years and was denied a raise. Its draining.
