managers are forced to be number driven in order to advance, makes them harder than needed on employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
just because i feel undercompensated does not reflect if i feel appreciated or not. however, from peak season 2020 to peak season 2021, the company has done significantly less for its employees. in the midst of a pandemic, the company has diminished its compensation, and support.
