I work at a warehouse as a seasonal employee for around 10 months now, the work is hard, fast paced and it can be overwhelming at times depending on where the management decides to put you for that day. Overall I love working for Amazon, friendly people, flexible environment, going home satisfied.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing for Amazon during the peak of covid was easy and fast paced, didn’t exactly feel like an interview but I got the job and the rest is histor
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Amazon are usually young, high spirited, friendly and clearly devoted hard working people most of the time. They will notice you if you work hard and they will always listen to you as long as you have the willingness to speak up. Overall I have had experience with my leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team for the most part all get along very well and you can tell they are true to themselves and come in everyday just being themselves. Most work moderately hard and cooperate very well together. I personally keep friends separate from co workers but most are on a friend level with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management and leadership do a very good job at keeping a positive and friendly environment day in and day out. There are always different things to do every day and you won’t get stuck in one position for long as long as you speak up and show interest to learn. Success stories and safety work tip
